It’s been a very long while since my last blog post. I’ve been away from painting for a while due to an injury, but now I’m (almost) healed and I can enjoy the hobby again.
Meanwhile I discovered a great online community: WAMP. Many wonderful painters & sculptors reside on this forum and are willing to share their tips & tricks, which is great 🙂
WAMP hosts many online competitions, so it’s a great way for me to improve my painting and get feedback on my work.
Last month a contest was held sponsored by Avatars of War. The winning entry was a great miniature wonderfully painted by Scott Radom.
Here is the miniature I entered for this contest, it placed 5th along with two other entries.
WAMP also hosts a monthly competition for fun. I entered with a Pyg burrower from Privateer Press, and placed 4th.
